We are able to fit batteries in the majority of watch brands, including prestige watches such as Omega and Cartier, on the premises. Most batteries can be fitted while you wait. Should a watch require specialist pressure testing to guarantee water proofing, we can send this to our watch maker.

We carry a wide range of genuine leather watch straps in various widths, lengths and prices. Styles include calf, lizard and crocodile leather and black, brown and more unusual colours such as pink and blue.

We also carry nylon and plastic straps and are a stockist for a range of straps to fit Swatch watches. Watch straps can be fitted while you wait. We can also get specialist straps to fit luxury watch brands such as Omega and Cartier.

We stock a range of gold plated and stainless steel bracelets to fit ladies and gents watches.

We are also able to remove links from watches which have metal bracelets - this service is complimentary when buying watches from Bensons of Ludlow or there is a small charge for this if the watch was not purchased from ourselves.

We are able to organise the service and repair of most watch brands, including prestige brands such as Longines, Cartier and Omega, with a reputable local watch maker.

We can replace broken glasses, have movements cleaned and serviced and replace faulty parts such as winders and balance wheels. We are sorry that we don't, however, carry out clock repairs.
